(More customer reviews)I've contacted the seller and amazon.com several times about this purchase because I never received it, to no avail. Now they email me asking me to rate the product?!!! WTF?!!! I have no idea how the product works because I never received it. I ordered it on the suggestion of my stylist because her shop sells it but for a much higher price. But the hassle and inconvenience of waiting for a product that never arrives makes the cost difference a moot point. I'm now seeking another vendor to purchase it from online or I'll simply have to buy it from my stylist's shop. I gave it a single star only because you HAVE to give at least one.
