I have used it during cold months of fall and winter. After a while it improved both nails and hair.
Nails do not break anymore at cold weather growing strong without defects with clear natural color. Also it helps the hair ends that do not split allowing them to grow faster.

A capsule contains natural ingredients based on various oils extracted from nuts and herbals. I have not noticed any side effects on the several months intake. Associated with other vitamins and minerals would require a medical advise.
