(More customer reviews)How can you have a chemical free soap? Well you can't but you can have a gentle shampoo made with natrual ingredients. I was concerned about Cocomide Propyl Betaine, but from what I found it's a good thing. (Check wiki for a quick source.)

That being said, this is best mint shampoo (or any shampoo) that I have found so far and I have been looking all over. Most shampoos leave my hair either stripped, dry and flat or overmoisturized, oily and flat.

I have thin curly hair and sensitive skin with a slightly oily/itchy scalp. This shampoo does not over clean/dry out my hair. It actually feels like it's moisturizing my hair while still thoroughly cleaning it. Used with the condtioner I have soft hair with plenty of body (which is rare for my hair type.)and my hair curls like it's supposed to. It foams up more than I expected. Leaves my hair shiny and my scalp feeling clean and oil free.
I still have to use a seperate product for friz control.
